Effective Friday, November 6, 2020, Long Term Care Facilities no longer need to submit the “Long Term Care Facility COVID-19 Testing Spreadsheets” to record outbreak testing via the Redcap portal. Rather than submitting individual resident and staff data to the Section for Long-Term Care Regulation, LTCF will use the same portal (the title will change to Long Term Care Facility COVID-19 Outbreak Testing Data Reporting) to report basic data elements for each testing cycle to include:
- Facility identifying data
- Date outbreak testing occurred
- # of residents tested
- # of staff tested
