President Trump recently signed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act bill into law, and it makes major changes to the U.S. tax code for individuals and organizations nationwide. This bill represents the most significant tax changes in the United States in more than 30 years. The objective of this session is to give specific updates to non-for profit senior living providers as to the changes that will go into effect. We will review proposed changes that will effect both the Organization operations, the employees of those organization and the residents. Those attending the session will gain insight into changes to come and appropriate courses of action to take.
