This is to advise a memorandum has been posted in the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Manual that is located on the Department of Health & Senior Services website. The purpose of this memo is to address changes to Personal Care in Residential Care Facilities (RCFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs). The Personal Care Services policy pertaining to RCFs/ALFs has also been updated and the changes are reflected in the manual.
