The program will explore and highlight insights and learned experiences from internationally renowned geriatricians, educators, and leaders in the long-term care community. Join us as we reflect on the journey we have made together as a community and gain inspiration for the steps that we are yet to take.
Other presentation topics include residents’ rights, addressing loneliness and isolation for long-term care residents, and the interplay between ageism as a social determinant of health and end-of-life care.
