The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires nursing homes to submit information each week to the National Healthcare Safety Network’s (NHSN) COVID-19 Vaccination Data Reporting Module. The deadline for reporting the previous week’s cumulative vaccination rates is every Sunday by 11:59 p.m. ET.
