Starting January 26, 2021, the MFP Program requirement of a 90 day stay in a nursing facility prior to transition has been reduced to 60 days. Additionally, days at a nursing facility which were considered short-term rehabilitation days can now count toward fulfillment of the 60 day stay requirement.
