Please review the updated CMS guidance – COVID-19 Emergency Declaration Blanket Waivers & Flexibilities for Health Care Providers (PDF) including the waiver for Paid Feeding Assistants. The waiver now allows training to be conducted in 1 hr. vs. 8 hrs. However, the content for the training remains the same.
