Join MHCA for this session that will cover the beginning-to-end journey between Hospice and Nursing Facilities. Learn how to know when it’s time for hospice, how hospice can benefit the facility, the resident, and the family. There will be panel discussion on Care Planning and End of Life Decisions, as well as providing grief counseling for family and facility employees.
