Communication More Than Words: Using Body Language to Communicate Workshop

Participants will learn how body language affects every-day interaction with staff, families, and residents. Participants will gain knowledge and hands-on experience with interpreting nonverbal signs of pain, stress, deception, and the concept of micro expression through clinically best practices.
