Long-Term Care Just Culture Training
The Center for Patient Safety is offering Long-Term Care Just Culture training this spring. Just Culture is a program that supports the effective investigation of events and safety concerns, maximizing the organization’s ability to identify opportunities to improve both system safety and effectiveness, and the behavioral choices of staff. It can be incorporated into QAPI processes, and can pinpoint areas for improvement. All participants will receive a workbook and other key materials, including timeline implementation and policy templates. The sessions will run from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
