As the population demographics of our residents shifts and our need to meet census increases, it’s time to look beyond the traditional roles of managing behaviors in our homes. This workshop will focus on getting to the root of behaviors based on where they started; how to manage those behaviors in a diagnosis-driven focused treatment regimen; and performing an assessment of your facility and services in order to appropriately meet behavioral health needs.
