New MDS Submission Site
In compliance with CMS standards, the QTSO website at www.qtso.com has been renamed and moved to qtso.cms.gov during the March 18, 2018 downtime. Providers will need to use the new website for any MDS. Users should update any favorites/bookmarks to the new web address.
