Long Term Care Safety Culture Assessment Webinar

The AHRQ Survey of Resident Safety Culture can help nursing homes and assisted living communities identify strengths and opportunities in their culture that supports improvement, including success in QAPI projects. The Center for Patient Safety offers the survey in an online user-friendly format AT NO COST FOR MISSOURI-LICENSED FACILITIES. Two hours of follow-up consultation is also included. The Center will host a free webinar to share more details about the survey and related CPS services.
