Missouri has revived its report on the status of seniors to help communities plan for a growing aging population.
The contemporary Web-based Missouri Senior Report provides a county-by-county analysis of the status of Missouri’s elderly population. Users can browse data easily and generate custom maps to compare indicators such as health care, transportation and seniors’ overall well-being in different parts of the state and over time.
The report is a joint project of the Department of Health and Senior Services and the University of Missouri Office of Social and Economic Data Analysis, available at http://www.missouriseniorreport.org/.
