Gov. Nixon signs legislation to help prosecute criminals who financially exploit vulnerable Missourians

Gov. Jay Nixon signs Senate Bill 689 in Springfield, Mo., strengthening protections for seniors and persons with disabilities:  http://www.gov.mo.gov/newsroom/photos/show/2012/071101/071101.htm
